So I wouldn’t exactly need the answer I’m just very stuck, the equation is v=3000(t-6)+5000, and (6 can be equal or more than <t> can be equal or less than 12) I have to add to a graphplotter and I’m not really sure how to add it to the y=mx+c equation? Breaking it down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Why don't we start by trying to figure out what you are even asking.

[MATH]v = 3000(t - 6) + 5000 \text { and } 6 \le t \le 12.[/MATH]
Is that what you mean by "6 can be equal or more than <t> can be equal or less than 12." If so you should have said 6 can be equal or less than t.

By graphplotter, I presume you mean some computer app or a graphing calculator. Whether anyone here knows how to use the one that you are using is unanswerable until we know which one you are using. Do you have a manual for it?

You can rearrange the equation:
v = 3000t -18000 +5000
v = 3000t - 13000 which is now in y = mx + c format (although most graphing calculators will accept the original format).

Inputting your domain 6<=t<=12 will depend on the syntax required by the application you decide to use.
