need help on inflection and critical points!

i was wondering if anyone could look at these problems, they're all due Monday night and I can't seem to find close enough relations to the problems in my book to get any answers. Any help would be really appreciated.

You did not look through your textbook hard enough. Try again. Use the index to look up the page number for "inflection point".

If the phrase "inflection point" does not appear in the index of your textbook, then please post the text's title, author, and publisher.

Also, please read the post on this board titled "Read Before Posting" to learn about your responsibilities for seeking guidance at this web site.

Please show whatever work you can do to begin these exercises.

For the first four exercises, you need to know how to determine the derivative of a polynomial. Do you know how to do this?

These are very basic problems.

For problem # 1, what is the property of inflexion point - w.r.t. derivatives of the function?

For problem # 1, what is the property of critical point - w.r.t. derivatives of the function?

Please show us your work, indicating exactly where you are stuck - so that we know where to begin to help you.
