Hi, I need help on these two questions:
#1: A California lottery has a set of 51 numbers to choose from. To win, you must choose a set of 4 numbers and a set of 2 Power numbers correctly (a number can be chosen most at once). If you do not have the pick to pick the numbers in order (but Power numbers are different from regular numbers), how many ways are there to choose your 2 numbers?
thank you
