How would I find the domain of:

f(x) = 2e^(x - 4)^2?

Would I need to set x equal to zero? I'm lost.

do you know what domain means?

domain -> values of x can you use in a function without breaking the following three rules ...

1. no division by 0
2. no square roots, 4th roots, 6th roots, ... , of negative values
3. no logs of negative values

the function you've posted breaks none of these rules, so ... the domain is all real numbers.
