one question is - does math B cover everything in pre-calculus? Or does it cover stuff from math A and pre-calculus stuff?

I want to buy a new book to learn pre calc, but Im not sure if I should just buy some math B book or a 800 page pre calc book (I dont want to waist money if im buying a book with alot of stuff I already learned in it you know). So can anyone recomend a good precalc book for someone who already has a understanding of Math A?
