name for two fractions that sum to 1.0? (1/3,2/3 or 5/7,2/7, etc.)

Subject says it all. I can't recall if there is a name the relationship between two fractions that sum to 1.
Like: 3/8 and 5/8, they are (sisters?) to each other?

In other words, if you have 3/5. It's _______ is 2/5.

Thanks for any help. No problem if the relationship is not named. Not all relationships are named.

If you are dealing with numbers in the domain [0,1], such as probabilities, you can use the word "complement."

From the McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Scientific and technical terms:

complement [MATH] The complement of a number A is another number B such that the sum A+B will produce a specified result.
