Here is what a basic slope-intercept form equation looks like: y = mx + b
Where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
So now let's do some basic algebra to make the given equation look like that.
2x-3y=-6 [Isolate the y to the left slide as shown in the slope-intercept form example]
-3y=-2x-6 [Divide both sides by -3]
y = (-2x-6)/-3 [Reduce]
y = 2/3x + 2
Well from there how do you change the slope intercept form into X and y intercept and then plot that onto a graph
