Moving reference for a stiffnessmatrix

Hello!

I have calcualted the stiffness matrix for a system. The problem is that the program i use dont have the same reference system as what i used when i calcualted the matrix, thus i need to write the stiffnessmatrix in another reference system. Can anyone help?

There are no rotations only translation in x-direction.

In plane translations with no scaling or rotation are a simple replacement of the co-ordinates by a shifted value, i.e. x would be replaced by x-x₀
