I'm having a hard time with logarithms! Any help on the following problem would be appreciated:

Solve for x:

ln(7 - x - x^2) = 0

Thank you!

Take e to both sides and solve the resulting quadratic.

Solve for x:

ln(7-x-x^2)=0

As Galactus said:

First convert from log form to exponential form:

e^0 = 7-x-x^2

(Note: e^0 = 1)

Can you solve from here?
