Try using the basic "reference" angles they gave you, along with the definitions they taught you for the various trig ratios. For instance, since the cosecant is the reciprocal of the sine, and since you know that sin(30 degrees) = 1/2, what then must be the value of csc(30 degrees)? And so forth.
