could you please explain to me how to do this!

Give the rule of a periodic fuction with the given numbers as amplitude, period, and the phase shift ( in this order.)

3, pi/4, pi/5
 
y = Asin[B(x+C)] {note that cosine is o.k., too.}

|A| = amplitude

2pi/|B| = period

C = phase shift (right if C < 0, left if C > 0)
