While I am waiting for another respone i need help with this ome to...
The directions are...

Perform the operations on the follwoing funtions restricting the domain if necessary.
f(x)=3x+2
g(x)=(x^2) -5x +4

(f+g)(x)=
(f/g)(x)=
(fg)(g)

Do i just ad F ang for the first one or is it something else? Please help.

Follow the usual rules:

. . . . .(f + g)(x) = f(x) + g(x)

. . . . .(f - g)(x) = f(x) - g(x)

. . . . .(f×g)(x) = f(x) × g(x)

. . . . .(f ÷ g)(x) = f(x) ÷ g(x)

Plug into the formulas, and simplify.
