How do you use appropriate metric prefixes to write the following without using exponents?

6.35 X 10^-2 L

12.5 X 10^-8 kg

use of prefixes....
milli means 1/1000 or ...x10^-3
so 1.54 x 10^-2 needs to be rewritten in the form of 15.4x 10^-3

which is then 15.4 milli litres
or 15.4 mL

Kilograms = 1000 grams or 1x 10^3 g
