Mean Value Theorem and the function f(x)=Ax^2 + Bx + C

This one is really confusing me. I don't think it's that hard but it has been a long time since I have done this.

For the function f(x)=Ax^2 + Bx + C, determine the value of c guaranteed by the Mean Value Theorem on the interval [x1, x2].
