Mean Ordered Pairs and what they do

It was just eaiser for me to SHOW what I'm doing. Hope this doesn't offend anyone.
I spaced out that day, and I have finals tommorow.
What is a MEAN ordered pair? Everyone tells me its (x,y). And I know enought to understand Mean=Average. I also have no idea what the MOP's use in a scatter plot is, or its linear regression. Pleaase help me!

First of all I do not see your whole image - so I do not see the complete problem.
