Another word problem. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

The total profit in dollars for sales of x rowing machines is given by P(x)=-.02x^2+300x-200. What is the profit if 500 are sold? For what value of x will the profit be at a maximum? Thanks!!

Yes. You've been posting quite a few simple exercises with no work shown, exactly as the "Read this before posting" message directed you not to do.

What value did you get when you plugged in the given value for "x"?

What value did you get when you solved for the vertex (the maximum)?

Please reply showing all of the steps and reasoning you have tried thus far.

Thank you.
