I don't even know were to start. I'm really confused about my matrices homework. I have four problems, all have 4 questions. Any help would be very appericated.

Five Neighborhoods(NB) all want to raise money for a playground for their kids. The neighborhood that raises the most money will be able to choose the name of the park. Thy plan to sell their bake goods on Saturday morning for 3 weeks.

The first week: NB#1 20 3 18 NB#2 30 2 24 NB#3 10 5 18 NB#4 40 1 20 AND NB#5 20 3 18.
The second week NB#10 3 24 NB#2 36 0 24 NB#3 20 2 36 NB#4 204 8 AND NB#5 22 2 12.

The first week equal A and the second week equal B.

First problem: How much of each item had the neighborhoods sold by the end of the second week? Use matrices to sove the problem. Final answer must be given in matrix form.

Second problem: Which team ssold the most items at the end of second week?

What is the meaning of the strings of three numbers after each "NB" notation? Is the "first week" the string of characters listed in the "first week" line, or is it "A"? What is "A", anyway? Why is no information provided for the third week? How does any of this relate to matrices?

Please reply with clarification. Thank you! :D
