An electrical engineering textbook perhaps?
Or maybe from the exercise section of any Trigonometry textbook (doubtful).

Any University level Physics text book (e.g. Halliday and Resnick or Sears) will have the theory and many example problems to assist you.
All the problems involve analysis of circuits with inductance (L), and/or capacitance (C) and/or Resistance (R). Those should be your keywords for search.

At this forum - the tutors do NOT like to be addressed as "bro" or "bruh" or "dude" .
