If I can trust my crystal sphere (in these days of the year ofcourse christal sphere) you are asked to simplify this fraction. If so use prime factors: \(\displaystyle \displaystyle{\frac{70}{175} = \frac{2 \cdot 5 \cdot 7}{5 \cdot 5 \cdot 7}}\) Now cancel equal factors.
