Do you recognize that this is not a problem to solve, but a definition of the zeta function, written in two equivalent forms?

Presumably you were asked to do something with it, and you tried, and had some sort of difficulty in doing it.

Without knowing what you have to do, and why you couldn't, there's nothing we can do for you.
