Hey everyone, i had a a math test today that i did fairly well on for the most part. However there were some problems i did wrong and he wanted me to correct them and turn and turn it back in. Here are the problems

Write The Expression in simplest radical form. x5/8 y1/2 w3/4

Evaluate. 125 1/3
27 1/3

Note: That last problem i put on there is supposed to be directly under the top. SO it should be 125 with the fraction 1/3 over 27 with the fraction 1/3

This is for a summer school trig class im trying to pass, thanks to everyone who replies

The first one is horrible. I really have no idea what "simplest" might mean in this context. It looks plenty simple to me. Maybe just on radical?

\(\displaystyle \sqrt[8]{x^{5}y^{4}w^{6}}\)

The second should not challenge you. Get rid of the silly mixed fractions.

125 1/3 = (3*125 + 1)/3 = 376/3

27 1/3 = (3*27 + 1)/3 = 82/3

Now what?

Um... so what was the answer to which...?

Please reply with clear answers to the tutor's questions, showing all of your work and reasoning. Thank you. :D
