Math 10 pure -write the corresponding equation

Hello,

Its been awhile since i did any of this , i was wondering if you could help me out!

If a line passes through the point (1/5, 3/7) and has a slope of 8, write the corresponding equation of the line in standard form.

There are various ways to obtain the line equation from a point (x₁, y₁) and the slope m, such as using the point-slope formula:

. . . . .y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

Plug your point and slope into the formula, and then rearrange to get whatever your book is calling "standard form".
