When Steve is twice as old as Ann will be when Steve is twice as old as Ann was 2 yrs ago, Ann will be 4 times as old as Steve is now. One of them is in their teens, what are the ages ? FORMING THE GRID IS A PROBLEM, THE LONG SENTENCE CONTAINS ONLY 1 COMMA.Thanks. Can it be rewritten containing 2 or 3 full stops ?

It looks like it was written to provide maximum room for error. There are (at least!) four time frames: "When is," "was 2 years ago," "will be," and "is now."

At some future time, Steve will be twice as old as Ann was 2 years ago.
At another future time, Steve will be twice as old as Ann at the first future time.
At that same time, Ann will be 4 times as old as Steve is now.

No guarantees - do you agree with that interpretation?? Good luck!!
