This is what I have and then it goes blank.

Q. i^26
=(i^4)^6 times i^2
= (-1)^6 times (-1)

And after that Iam blank. Could someone please provide me step by step after this point.

Q. i^26
=(i^4)^6 times i^2<-----you are correct up to this point
= (-1)^6 times (-1)

And after that Iam blank. Could someone please provide me step by step after this point.

i[sup:2a21q5k7]1[/sup:2a21q5k7] = i
i[sup:2a21q5k7]2[/sup:2a21q5k7] = -1
i[sup:2a21q5k7]3[/sup:2a21q5k7] = i[sup:2a21q5k7]2[/sup:2a21q5k7]*i, or -1i or -i
i[sup:2a21q5k7]4[/sup:2a21q5k7] = i[sup:2a21q5k7]2[/sup:2a21q5k7]*i[sup:2a21q5k7]2[/sup:2a21q5k7], or (-1)*(-1), or 1

Substitute "1" for i[sup:2a21q5k7]4[/sup:2a21q5k7] and "-1" for i[sup:2a21q5k7]2[/sup:2a21q5k7]

(1)[sup:2a21q5k7]6[/sup:2a21q5k7]*(-1)

Now, finish the computation.
