Lol!

Well, that's a darn shame, Denis. More corporate BS, no doubt.

I thought of you, when I watched Mr. Cobert repeatedly poke fun at the Canadians' burning economy (and money); in other words, you were my motivation for posting the link in the first place.

"Leave it to the Canucks to print a currency that works only in ice rinks." ~ Cobert Report

Darn shame that the video didn't work out.

Will you sponsor me for Canadian citizenship?

I dream of living with fiscally-responsible, socially-adept communities versus the flibbertigibbets, puritan nincompoops, and socially-vacant corporate mindsets permeating those who hold the purse strings (and their supporters) in the United States.

Are you listening in, Karl Rove? How about you, **** Cheney? The Office of Homeland Security, perhaps?

No? Ah -- must be too busy probing women's ******s, pissing pants over reports of 0.0004% voter fraud, and beating down female ("less than whole", in their eyes) workers and the union rights of public employees (all that expensive job-safety stuff, ya know, like OSHA -- which Romney would like to eliminate). This is how right-wing, conservative officials spend their spare time, after shifting wealth to the Richie Riches and their oil, military, and health-care cronies according to script, that is, while simultaneously arguing that the super-wealthy do not have enough money to create jobs for US workers or put revenue to work for the good of our country (i.e., the super-wealthy need more tax breaks).

What a mess. I believe that Canadians would never allow these things to happen in Canada.

Too many US citizens see or hear no news -- except what's discussed about the Hiltons, Sheens, Lohans, and Kardashians of the world. Oh, they also pay attention when NFL or NBA players shoot their guns. The results of some survey from the streets of Los Angeles imply that less than 1 out of 10 people there know that the US is holding a presidential election this year, let alone who's running.

Oooogh -- I should stay away from the keyboard, while I'm enjoying my "wine".

PS: I view Cobert's reports as tongue-in-cheek. He puts up a good "show", but secretly he is a big-time liberal and loves Canadians. If you saw the actual video, you would laugh out loud, as it's good-natured fun.
