I have a few logarithms that I am having problems evaluting them. Where can I find information or a tutor online to help me. For example. Here is one I am struggling with:

log2 x2^ = log2 (3x + 18)

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Typo?
If you mean log2 (x^2) = log2 (3x + 18)
you can just equate
x^2 = 3x + 18
and solve that.
Check your answers in the original equation to be sure they work.

6 would be half of the answer.
x²-3x-18 =
(x+3)(x-6) = 0
-3 works too.
