Logrithmic Graphing help: N = 10^{(5 - (log(y) / log(1.5))}

I have this equation N = 10(5-(log(y)/log(1.5)) and its graph looks like this:

I want to shift the graph down by manipulating the equation but I still want to maintain the same curve.
Can anyone help me with this please? I just want to shift the curve down.
