how would I write this as a sum or difference of logarithms?

Apply the basic log rules:

. . . . .logb(xy) = logb(x) + logb(y)

. . . . .logb(x/y) = logb(x) - logb(y)

. . . . .logb(xn) = n logb(x)

I would suggest working step-by-step. Don't try to do everything all at once. Undo the division as subtraction. Then undo the multiplication (from what had been the numerator) as addition. Then deal with the exponents.

If you get stuck, please reply showing what you've tried and how far you've gotten. Thank you.

OMG!!! You are the best!!

It is so much easier to understand when I can see someone do all the steps and explain it like that. Thank you so much. :D

You're welcome :)

I remember struggling through problems like this when I was first learning...

I'm glad I could help you out :)
