Did you begin by drawing a right triangle and using the right-triangle definition of sine to label both the side opposite angle A and the hypotenuse? The Pythagorean Theorem then gives the adjacent side, allowing you to write expressions for tan(A) and cos(A). After that, it's all properties of logarithms, to simplify the given expression. :cool:
