If you are a real beginner with functions I think the videos at Kann Academy are good.
You might look at "Paul's notes on calculus" Do a search on both.
If on the other hand, you understand functions fundamental level, then find a good set theory site.
Try starting with the notation for functions: list of lessons on notation.
Also look at the definition of functions (versus relations): list of lessons on functions.
You may also want to look at lessons on inverses and lessons on composition.
