I make it:
0.37^x = 17.6
But when I try to solve that using logarithms to base 10, I get:
x log(0.37) = log(17.6)
I then divide both by log(0.37) to get:
x = -2.884.......
Which is completely wrong. I know the answer needs to be between 40 and 60 from other figures I have in the graph and other answers I've obtained. I think I'm doing something wrong in the algebra in the 1st part
