Linear equations and funtions help please.

the question tells me to write each equation in a standard form and give the values of A,B,C.
and i know how to do solve the problems like y=-5x+1, but i don't get how to solve complicated problems such as 4y=7x. i don't know if i'm weird to think this is hard, but my brain was fried thinking how I should solve this. so maybe a little help would be greatly appreciated thank you!:)

It is ironic that the word standard is no at all standard here.
In some text the form is Ax+By+C=0, while others use Ax+By=C.
So check what you textbook says about this.
The first would be 5x+y-1=0 or 5x+y=1 .
 
oh, do you mean the y=-5x+1, that, i was just trying to like, give you an example, but what i don't get is the second one :)
