Hello everyone, I would appreciate some help on proofs involving the Lp norm in linear algebra, please. For example, in the 1st part, do I use that for real numbers x, y and some p >1, that (x^p + y^p)^(1/p) < x + y? And similar train of thought for the 2nd part? I am not great with proof-based problems, so any help would be great.
