Sorry but we do not solve homework problems on this forum. If you read our guidelines you would have known this, followed our rules and received help by now.

We prefer that you solve your own problem with our help. So you need to inform us where you are stuck and/or show us the work you have done so far. That way we will know what help you need,
 
Do you understand what " dr " means? Do you understand what "R.dr" means? If you can write those, the integration should be fairly easy.

This is the integral of a differential form, the curve is closed; one of the most important theorems about differential forms talks about the integration of exact forms over a closed curve. Can you go on from here?
