Limit with integrals

What don't you understand? Do you not understand the sum? The limit of the sum? Or the fact that they say this limit can be written as an integral?

Or do you really mean that you understand everything but have no idea how to convert what is given into an integral.

If you do not tell us where you are stuck it is not fair to ask us for help as there is so much that you could not understand that we would not even know where to begin.

Have you tried something? can we please see your work?
