The problem is lim (t+deltat)62-5(t+deltat)-(t^2-5t)/deltat)...deltat>0.

After multiplying out and cancelling I get -3deltat+deltat^2/deltat but the answer given is 2t-5. What am I doing wrong?

I will guess that "deltat" means "delta-t" and "greater than zero" means "take the limit as delta-t tends toward zero", but I'm afraid your ambiguous formatting (and the unmatched close-paren) leaves your meaning otherwise unclear. Also, since you did not show your steps, I'm afraid it is not possible to determine where you might have gone wrong. Sorry!
