Let I(x) be the federal income tax of x dollars. For 1996, the value of I(x) is represented by the graph....

It shows x axis with values of 20,000, a little w where I assume the 30,000 would be, and also shows 40,000 and 60,000

the y axis shows 3000 (with a point at 20,000) then it shows 5000 which looks like it has a point at the little w.

The first question asks:
Which of the following would represent an increase in your income tax if your income was "w" dollars? Circle all that apply:

A) I(w+500) B) I(w)-200 C) I(w-100) D) I(w) + 400
I CIRCLED C AND D. AM I RIGHT?

The next part of the question is:

In this context which is greater: I(w+500) or I(w) + 500
I put the second one I(w) + 500 as my answer.
AM I RIGHT?
 
Sorry, but not much can be done with a bunch of "it shows"...

Provide diagram plus the full initial problem.
