Although it is not standard and I haven't found any "official" source, I know that this idea is taught by some teachers, due to past questions about it. What they usually mean is the least common integer multiple of the fractions.

I don't know that the concept has any mathematical significance, but we might as well go along with their teacher ... though I wanted to see work, partly to find out what this teacher means by it.
