How do I identify how many triangles are in a SAS triangle?

I'm not sure what you mean. I suppose you could fit hundreds of triangles in a large enough triangle!
Do you perhaps mean, how many non-congruent triangles can be made given two sides and the included angle? The answer is one; you have perhaps learned a geometry theorem about that, or a method to find all the other parts of that one triangle.
It would be more interesting if you had said SSA.
