Yes - please do reconsider. This logistic guy is making a mockery of our forum rules - but he is not Harmful - like posting violent comments, or pornographic comments. I have real dispute with the owner of this site - @Ted . No response from him - who are the administrators/moderators of this site?

I say nay Sir Dan. logistic_guy can do just about everything (including complex Latex) whereas harpazo can barely complete his 17 year old (or is it 18 year old now - I lost count already) quest of precalculus review (he keeps going back to chapter 1 of his textbook) and is totally ignorant of Latex. How can you possibly equate them guys as two sides of the same coin? I repeat myself at the risk of being crude, I say nay. You must be drinking some extra strong absinthe to persist with this preposterous suspicion.

Yes, Ted should be more involved, but he isn't. Can't the current admins ban logistic_guy? Why haven't they? Putting logistic_guy on ignore is not the problem. In my opinion, there is no real forum here anymore. We all see this. I wouldn't post a problem after observing that (almost) only logistic_guy makes posts.

I would partly blame the rise of AI. These videos are quite scary. People don't even have to type the question. They can upload an image and it will answer step by step or even interactively tutor with voice

However, finding this forum within the site is ridiculously difficult (in my opinion). A MASSIVE link to this forum ought to be the first thing shown on the landing page with a picture (instead, the picture links all lead to pages full of static text.It might be useful and well written, but this forum ought to be top on the landing page)

I do not remember any new user.
It is not enough to put him or similar forum users like him on "ignore," which my
posts have stressed to do bans. The messages to moderators and administrators have been ignored to take action for a ban. When those in charge don't care to fix things, why should the rest of any of us bother to care? We are "not to throw good money after bad." This help site should just fold.

Nobody urges anyone to stay, post, or even like everybody else. Instead of ignoring users they find problematic, I read threats, complaints, and calls for authority. Yes, I defended @logistic_guy simply because nobody else did and I truly believe, that everybody deserves a defender. This is such a fundamental rule for me that I accept being hated for it. I have been in countries that were governed by regimes that did not have such a rule. Were you? Thanks, but no thanks!

Saw this national geographic show called aircrash investigation where the triple redundancy of the hydraulic control system of a passenger jet was disabled simply because all three hydraulic lines converged at a single point at the rear of the airplane. That point was the impact area of a debri from a part that got detached from the plane itself. Fascinating stuff.
