I don't think you have the 200 inch height of a storey marked in the right place on the picture; it should go from one place in one storey to the same place in the next (e.g. the bottom of one window to the bottom of the next). You have it from top of one to bottom of another.

I think you need additional information, since the flag does not cover a whole number of complete storeys, as I define them.

pretending the flag is perfectly hung to cover the 5 storey and the union 2 storey and following your description of the right position of the 200 inches, is my solution correct?
