hey ....

i want to Calculate this area Equation :

A= pi *(D^2*d^2)*p*0.5*0.4

the Valuable of D-d-p given :

D:d:p
4 1 4

my an Answer

i will make the proportion of D:d:p like this :

D= 4/1 d
p= 4/1 d

d= d

and i will pu it in ِِA Equation>>
please tell me if my an Answer right or not ِ

It's impossible to tell whether you answer is right or not because you haven't told us what you answer is!
But why bother with "proportions" at all. According to what you wrote, you are to evaluate A= pi *(D^2*d^2)*p*0.5*0.4 for D= 4, d= 1, and p= 4. That's just a matter of arithmetic: \(\displaystyle \pi (4)^2(4)^2(1)(\frac{1}{2})(\frac{2}{5}\).

hey ... no no - i want find the Valuable of (D-d-p) and

D : d: p
4 1 4 is proportion ... all i want to say .. i want find the Valuable of (D-d-p) by proportion

Yes, for some reason, I missed the word "proportion"! So D= 4d and p= 4d.

so my last question is : how do u make D=4d p= 4d

and if i have this proportion for Example : D : d : p

6 4 3

how can i make it?????

The equation you gave is

A= pi *(D^2*d^2)*p*0.5*0.4

If you replace D with (4d), and replace p with (4d), then

A= pi *((4d)^2*d^2)*(4d)*0.5*0.4
= pi*(16 d^2)*(d^2)*(4d)*(0.2)

You can finish multiplying all the constants together, and have a formula with A = a constant *d^5.

This is still a very strange question. Are you SURE you have copied it COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY?

the last question : if i have D:d:p
6 4 3
do i do this :

D= 6/4 d
p= 3/4 d

am i right ?

The meaning of the : symbol indicates proportions, so your expressions for D and p in terms of d are correct. However we haven't seen your results for A yet.
