Is anyone familiar with "partial quotient division'?

Hello! i just signed up

I am redoing all the math classes that I ever did in school. Why? Because, I've been tutoring in other subjects and would like to be able to help in a subject that seems to be in highest demand. Unfortuanately for me I did not do very well in this subject.

I have actually been having a lot of fun and: I am actually learning for the first time as opposed to staring out the window...

I just came across something called partial quotient division. I seem to get lost in doing this so, i just wanted someone to walk me through it one day when convenient.
