integration problem

Ive been working on this problem for awhile now and I cant see what to do next. Im trying to integrate x/(x^(4)+4)^(1/2). I start off by making my u=x^2 and 1/2du=x. I now this leaves my with tanx and then I cant think of what do next . Any help please.

thank you for the quick response. The only question I have now is after following the guide and working on it as well i get (1/2)ln|(x^4+4)^(1/2)+x^2/2|+c the answer they give is (1/2)ln|(1/2)((x^4+4)^(1/2)+x^2)|+c. Did I forget something?
