z(t)=4tsin(t^2) [0, ?^1/2]
I used the general average equation and attempted to replace t^2 with u and all that, but it got pretty confusing. I can do these types of problems, yet when they shove the extra part that you have to use substitution for I get confused. Any input would be lovely.
