Hello,
How does one integrate the following term:

y^5 dx

where y is an unknown function of x. Can we do anything with it?

Thanks!

In general - No, there is no assurance that an indefinite integral can be performed analytically (without using numerically evaluated functions like error function).

One such example would be:

y = e^(x^2)
