Do I complete the square and how if I should? How do I manipulate this into arcsin?

Expand and use partial fractions is one way.

\(\displaystyle \L\\\frac{3}{-x^{2}-2x+3}=\frac{3}{4(x+3)}-\frac{3}{4(x-1)}\)
