How would you solve "3x - 8y = 77" for y? Do the same steps here. (But keep in mind that, if you at any point multiply or divide through by a negative, you'll have to flip the inequality sign around.)
P.S. In mathematics, "y" and "Y" are not the same variable. Don't get in the habit of changing variables willy-nilly; it'll cause you trouble later on, and tick your teachers off even now.
