I have a word problem that is confusing me. Can you help me with this? I have to solve the problem by using an inequality.

Lisa is planning a rectangular garden that is to be twice as long as it is wide. If she can afford to buy at most 180 feet of fencing, then what are the possible values for the width?

This is an exercise in algebra, not a DE.

With that, note that the length is twice the width. 2W=L

She can only afford 180 feet or less of fence. Therefore, the perimeter is \(\displaystyle P\leq 180\)

Can you finish?.
