Indefinite Integration Problems... Please Help!!!

I need to find the indefinite integration of the equations

Integrate(3x^2-(1/sqrt(dx)))dx

and

Integrate sinxcos^2x dx

To integrate \(\displaystyle sin(x)cos^{2}(x)\), use \(\displaystyle u=cos(x),\ -du=sin(x)dx\)

for the first one, don't you mean ... Integrate [3x² - 1/sqrt(x)]dx ???

rewrite ...
Integrate [3x² - x^-1/2]dx
now can you do it ?


Integrate sinx*cos²x dx
use substitution, let u = cosx

no it was right. there was a dx under the 1 inside the sqrt.
